Well I've learned that the maps did not show up when I uploaded the first two parts, So I won't bother with this one. As you can see a good hard run works up an apatite. I use to go threw 40 pounds of Iams puppy feed, and ten pounds of white rice (when I had 40 dogs) and a few extra ingreediants I don't mention since the rest of my feed formula is what helps rebuild muscels. I asure you that every ingreediant can be purchased at your grossry store in the food department. I'm a nutritionest so I know what is in each food and blood is drawn to test in order to ballance each dogs diet perfectly
